Platform Rules & User Agreement

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pkgems website located at https://pkgems.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "pkgems") and all associated services, content, features and functionality offered through or in connection with the Platform.

pkgems operates as an online casino and sports betting information platform serving users primarily in Pakistan, including those located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, as well as Pakistani users accessing the Platform from outside Pakistan.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

03 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. pkgems strictly enforces age verification. Any Account found to have been opened by a minor will be immediately closed, and all associated funds (including any winnings) will be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under local law use the Platform at their own legal risk. pkgems does not warrant that the Platform is lawful or available in your specific location.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or on behalf of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts without prior notice.

3.4 Ineligible Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register an Account:

• Individuals under the minimum age threshold applicable in their jurisdiction;
• Individuals located in Restricted Jurisdictions;
• Employees, contractors, agents or close relatives of pkgems or its affiliated operators;
• Individuals who have been self-excluded or have had their Account permanently closed;
• Individuals acting on behalf of, or as a proxy for, any other person.

04 Registration & Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access Real Money Play and certain platform features, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. pkgems recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must notify pkgems immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

pkgems accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.3 Account Currency

Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies supported by the Platform at the time of registration. Currency conversion fees and applicable exchange rates are the Player's responsibility.

05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The Platform supports various payment methods that may include bank transfers, digital wallets and cryptocurrency options. Familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for educational context. None of these providers has confirmed support or endorsement for gambling services. Method availability depends entirely on the applicable operator and each payment provider's own policies.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts, where applicable, are set by the relevant operator and displayed at the point of transaction. Indicative minimums may be in the region of PKR 1,000, though this is subject to change without notice.

5.3 Deposit Responsibility

You must only deposit funds that you own and that originate from a lawful source. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or depositing proceeds of unlawful activity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and AML reporting where applicable.

5.4 Processing Times

Deposit processing times vary by payment method. Digital wallet transfers may credit faster than traditional bank transfers. pkgems does not guarantee any specific deposit processing speed and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 KYC Prerequisite

All withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be permitted to withdraw funds. Verification documents typically include a valid CNIC or passport and, where required, proof of address.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal thresholds are set by the relevant operator and are displayed at the point of request. Players should review applicable minimums before initiating a withdrawal to avoid processing delays.

6.3 Processing Time

Withdrawal processing times vary by method, compliance review status and individual verification standing. pkgems does not guarantee "instant" withdrawal processing. Claims of guaranteed instant withdrawals are not endorsed by pkgems. Actual processing times depend on the operator, payment provider and individual compliance status.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Operators may require that withdrawals be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard AML control measure. Where this is not possible, alternative methods may be arranged subject to additional verification.

6.5 Forfeiture of Bonus Funds

Any uncompleted wagering requirement associated with active bonuses at the time of a withdrawal request may result in the automatic forfeiture of related bonus funds. Real money deposits are not affected by this provision.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. These terms include, but are not limited to: wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games or betting markets, minimum odds requirements, and expiry periods.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means a total of PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed. RTP contribution rates vary by game type.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the stated offer period, or where wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, will expire and be removed from your Account without further notice or compensation.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in Account suspension:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms;
• Using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements (e.g., hedging bets across outcomes to artificially satisfy turnover);
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion;
• Claiming promotions through a third-party referral not operated by pkgems.

7.5 Promotional Changes

pkgems reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been accepted and is active, material changes will be communicated to affected Players.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Accepted Bets

All bets are accepted at pkgems's sole discretion. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time, including after the bet has been placed, where there is reason to believe the bet was placed in error, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

8.2 Odds Accuracy

Odds are displayed in decimal format as standard. Where odds are published in error due to a technical fault or human error, pkgems reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. pkgems makes no guarantee of the continuous accuracy of displayed odds.

8.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets, including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC fight-night markets, are subject to the same general betting rules. Live markets may be suspended or void at any point during an event at the operator's discretion, including where there is a material change in event conditions.

8.4 Game Integrity

Casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. RTP figures shown on the Platform are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee returns in any individual session. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

09 Responsible Gambling

pkgems is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools and information to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on funds deposited;
• Loss Limits — caps on net losses within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — reminders and enforced session breaks;
• Self-Exclusion — voluntary temporary or permanent account suspension;
• Reality Checks — on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed during a session.

10 KYC & Verification

10.1 Verification Requirement

pkgems and its affiliated operators are required to verify the identity, age and address of Players before processing withdrawals and as part of ongoing AML compliance. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in temporary Account suspension pending verification.

10.2 Acceptable Documents

Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement. Documents must be current, unobscured and clearly legible.

10.3 Document Integrity

Submitting falsified, altered or misleading documents is a serious offence that may constitute fraud under applicable law. Any Account found to have used falsified documents will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds will be frozen, and the matter will be referred to relevant authorities where required.

10.4 Secure Submission

Documents must only be submitted through the Platform's secure, HTTPS-verified upload portal. Do not send identity documents via unsecured email, WhatsApp, third-party messaging apps, or any channel not explicitly provided by the Platform for this purpose.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other method to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
2. Engaging in collusion with other Players to fix outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
3. Using the Platform for money laundering, fraudulent transactions or financing any unlawful activity;
4. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Players' accounts or to any back-end systems;
5. Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain — discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to pkgems and not exploited;
6. Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's identity;
7. Making threatening, abusive or harassing communications directed at pkgems staff or other Players;
8. Publishing, distributing or reproducing Platform content without express written authorisation from pkgems.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkgems, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any technical failures, outages, errors or interruptions in Platform availability.

pkgems makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, with respect to the Platform or its content.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of pkgems or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pkgems.

14 Account Termination

14.1 Termination by pkgems

pkgems reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, has provided false information, is engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, compliance or reputational risk.

14.2 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support via the email address provided in the Contact section of these Terms. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any remaining real money balance will be returned subject to completed KYC verification and applicable withdrawal procedures.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Prohibited Conduct and Governing Law — shall so survive.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkgems's operating entity is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

For Pakistani users, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. pkgems does not provide legal advice, and you are solely responsible for obtaining independent legal guidance regarding your ability to lawfully access and use the Platform in your jurisdiction.

16 Amendments to These Terms

pkgems reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
